Minimums vary by box style. Mailer boxes start at 250 units, folding cartons at 1,000, rigid boxes at 250. For stock-spec items (unprinted) the floor is 50 units. Your quote will always show the lowest available tier.

If your dimensions aren't in our standard catalogue, the quote engine generates pricing based on the closest tool we have, plus a tooling adjustment if one is needed. For a fully custom die, expect a one-time tooling fee of $250–$650 depending on complexity, plus the per-unit rate.

Yes. We offer warehousing at our partner facilities in Carson (CA), Atlanta (GA) and Dallas (TX) — useful for monthly subscription draws or split-shipment programs. Pricing scales with pallet count and dwell time; ask the team for a custom warehousing quote.

FSC-certified stock on every product. 100% post-consumer recycled corrugated for mailers. Water-based and soy-based inks standard on flexographic runs. Compostable adhesives, plastic-free assembly, and BPI-certified compostable mailers all available — just say which claim matters most.

Always. Digital proofs (PDF + 3D mockup where applicable) are included free. Physical pre-production samples (a printed-and-die-cut sample on the actual stock) are available for a fee, typically $75–$250 depending on the spec.

First sample pack is free — we send a mix of material and finish swatches, plus one or two unprinted sample boxes in standard sizes. Production-printed samples (custom artwork on the actual stock you'd order) carry a setup fee but credit back against your first production order.
